GEOCITIES DIRT.... So when the Yahoo! deal was
announced, the Geocities sales staff was in Las Vegas
(at a conference or such). Some Yahoo! guy came down
and explained the whole thing and naturally the Geo
guys were majorly psyched!! The whole bunch went out
and got completely plastered, and then the Geocities
head of sales, we'll call him Mr. B., treated the
entire staff to their own personal tattoo!!! Mr. B got
one, of course: His is a giant G right there near his
hip. For that kind of money, guess you could mark me up
too!!!

I am bullish on AOL too but one thing that I am a bit concerned about is the following...and i want to see if you folks think this is a possibility...

I am wondering if there is the potential for internet service and access to become eventually totally FREE, just like TV is now..
This would mean all of AOL's monthly fees go down the tube...

But does anyone else here see the possiblity of this model of access coming? just like TV??

Already I am getting my internet access totally free paid for by advertising....

Tom
