LOL That's what we want to know. Take a look at the chart I posted earlier and make sure you scroll down to the w in the time box. It appears it started trading again in July 98. We are speculating that it is a shell being bought up for a yet to be announced business. But, you'll see some nice spikes between then and now. The last one was in Dec.

E-Commerce Tools Inc. acquires MediaStick Ltd.

CALGARY, Feb. 3 /CNW-PRN/ - Ecommerce Tools Inc. of Delaware (NASD OTC:BB) (the Company) announced today they have acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of Calgary based MediaStick Ltd. Terms were not disclosed.

Scott Woynarski, newly appointed President of Ecommerce Tools Inc. and inventor of the MediaStick product, said the acquisition was strategic for the Company. ''MediaStick provides the springboard for ECTO's three point revenue plan,'' he said. ''It is a distribution point for ECTO's turn-key e-commerce solution, an innovative advertising revenue model, and a collector of the user-data which ECTO packages and sells.''

MediaStick is a web browser-independent Internet portal that sits on a user's desktop in the form of a bar on the screen. Fully customizable, it learns the user's subject interest, provides relevant content to the user, and streamlines navigation of the Web through ''related'' sites.
