I tend to agree. I think Mangan got "out negotiated" on this one...an acquistion at 1X earnings? Sounds like the principal of Mangan simply wanted to cash out, quick. That said, however, it has historically been very difficult for the owners of these smaller systems integration houses to formulate an exit strategy that can provide a nice chunk of cash, so some type of "bargain pricing" is inevitable. But buying them at 1X earnings won't continue...
