David, you might want to check out another Banyan, Banyan Oregon (BANY) who owns 26% of Anything Internet (ANYI).

ANYI became one of the first BB stocks to meet the new SEC restrictions for filing as a new BB stock yesterday after the close.

I think my detailed analysis of the SEC filing will answer alot of questions:

Message 7674582

How good is this one? I sold my UIHIA to buy BANY.

Its anybody's guess how soon they'll be able to start trading, but it could happen as early as next week IMO.

It is a unique situation, with lots of room to run. Its not an IPO, but a BB stock beginning trading, see MLRE as an example.

BTW, now that Healtheon priced at only $10, I no longer consider UNH to be a wortwhile backdoor.

David,
Any reason that ZD and their ZD Net IPO is not mentioned here? Due out the week of 2/22. Stock ran up when announced back on 12/22, but since then it has been between 18 and 20. I would think this should start to go. Not familiar enough with it.

Looking for opinions.

Thanks,
Fish
