I gave my daughter in Wellesley Mass 10000 for x-mas and we have run it up to close to 20000 in a month ---Love the fact that firms will loan me $ at 7.5% where i can make 60-400% a year.Great country.

Venkie, your post reminds me of when I lived in Austin last year.... beautiful houses there on the lake which is where all the Dell people live (except Mikey of course that has his own hill). Now Im looking for a house in San Francisco - ouch! Nothing available anywhere. Sharon Stone is married now to an SF guy which means that house she lived in in Fatal Attraction must be available right?.... only the best for us Dellheads..... <gg> Michelle
