CHAI has not happened yet......They have the only adhesion barrier approved for CV surgery human trials......and Columbia University is just beginning the trials. Very large market......Johnson and Johnson's market. If you sold out for a quick double....you may have left the 8 bagger on the table. Won't take long.....be a little patient.

I believe Mike Sawyer has figured out a way to safely buy your shares of AI......

Well....you going to sell them?......before seeing the Edgar filings?

ps. AI is not an IPO.....there are only 30,000 shares or so that are not in the hands of Insiders, BANY and a few very large shareholders, who I doubt would/will sell.......There is not enough shares to form a "grey market"......"tight" is an understatement.

Check out INSI. This leading provider of software for ultra-high volume document processing has designs on becoming the digital document back office for E-commerce and on-line retaining.
- trading around $3.00
- 7.4 million shares outstanding
- made 3 cents in 3Q expected to make 15 cents next year
- sales are growing at a 40% quarterly clip based on introduction of new product line
- no LT debt
- trading at 1.6x sales vs. peer group of 3.7x
- Gartner Group gives an 80% probability that Unisys will buy INSI before year-end (I estimate buyout price to be in range of $6 to $8 unless a bidding war ensues
- unsolicited pick as "Product of the Year" in January 1999 issue of Imaging & document Solutions magazine
- one of only two vendors with both UNIX & production-level Windows NT solutions
