When this thread was started, LGND had closed at 13 1/8 the day before the presentation. As is easily seen in LGND's 36 month chart:

LGND had dipped into single digits in the spring of 1997 and after rallying to $13, the price had been hanging around $13 for several months. The presentation at Bear Stearns caused a Breakout! and the price moved from its narrow trading range around $13, to just under $19 several weeks later (as predicted).
