The Schwab IPO number is 1 888 476 3337. They have requirements as to the size of the account or the amount that you trade.
They were able to get me 100 shares of PER and 100 shares of ALLR and have been very cooperative and helpful.

To log on to the site you have to have a special Schwab number and password that is different from your normal Schwab number and password.
