Seems natural to me, why do you think it is odd?

<<isn't it odd that ACTV is moving into Liberty's parent company's real estate>>

Actually, I have a hard time reading this as bad news. The closer the connection that ACTV has with a powerful company, the better.

However, I am a tad disheartened by the pessimism from an unaccustomed quarter. The forecast of 100 in two months has been downgraded to 100 in a year, a mere compounded double every three months or so. Could 50 be next? I shudder to think of it. Meanwhile, as a stodgily conservative trader, I continue to like the consolidation in the high 5's, which I consider a necessary basing before a stock with so many shares outstanding can continue its upward trend. (Impatient folks should keep in mind that the low bid for January 13, not even a month ago, was 3 13/16.)
