I've started following this company more closely recently and I have to agree with you based on what I've seen - things are moving in the right direction (e.g moving from hardware to total solution, capitalizing on Ingenico's R&D, the eN-TOUCH 1000 etc.) to start doing really well.

Could you/someone explain the merits of buying IVI versus IVC (on the TSE)? What's the particular benefit of the IVI shares being exchangeable?
