Fred, here I somewhat disagree with you, yes you want to have some minimum mass production capacity on hand so you can favorably respond to demand, no, you do not want to spend the last penny on capacity that may be antiquated by the time you are ready to fire it up, or even have basic design problems that do not show until months of continuous operation. A company like VLNC should have as its first priority financial survival, betting all the chips on the first game is nothing but gambling, not exactly a business strategy that assures financial survival .
