The room would be filled with people with names like MileHigh, Jimbo, KenyaAA, Catcher, Truflett, Loki, PCSS. <g> You are in denial, t2k. Take it one step at at time. Remember these little words to live by: "One trade at a time." "Do the next right trade." Here is the 12 step program: 1. We admitted we were powerless over options trading- that our portfolios had become unmanageable. 2. Came to believe that a Market greater than ourselves could restore us to wealth. 3. Made a decision to turn our shorts and longs over to the care of the Market as we understood It. 4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of our LEAPS. 5. Admitted to our broker, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our bad calls. 6. Were entirely ready to have the Market remove all these momentum plays. 7. Humbly asked our Broker to remove our shorts. 8. Made a list of all longs we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all. 9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others. 10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it. 11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with the Market as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of Its will for us and the power to carry that out. 12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to other traders and to practice these principles in all our portfolios.
