Macros,

5 million unit pp announced November 18/98. Under the new rules pp stock becomes free trading after four months if company has filed an Annual Information Form(AIF).

Winspear filed AIF October 30/98.

So sometime after March 18th 5 million new shares (plus 5 million warrants) hit the market.This may or may not be one of the factors influencing the downturn.

Like lots of people I probably don't express myself too well when I get too intense. I don't have a distaste for Traders per se. What I do have is a fairly short tolerance for people who spend half their time causing the market volatility and the other half complaining about it at length.
