Pezz: Because of the kind of work I do (a substantial amount of commercial collection and creditor's rights, real estate workouts, etc.), it has been done. Had a large rock tossed through my porch window. My wife has been threatened on my behalf from time to time and one lunatic threatened my kids on their way home from school. All anonymously of course. That's life. I changed my home telephone so often, I finally made it unlisted which is a real pain in the butt when someone is trying to get in touch with you for some other reason than to try to intimidate you. My point is that there is very little I can do about it short of making a few adjustments to try to make it a little harder for the loonies to reach me. Suppose I could sue the wackos I suspect but it doesn't seem worth the effort. How would we know whether to take Schuh seriously or not anymore than we knew whether to take those guys with the web page seriously? You break bread with Danny boy lately? How well do you know him? As I said, I don't necessarily have a problem with the outcome of this decision but it does make me squirm a little on the 1st amendment outlook because there was no direct threat involved. As I see it, the 1st amendment must protect even those ideas we most abhor to have any meaning. JLA
