Microsoft's price is being kept under control for now. I don't know about CPQ's prospects, but MSFT looks like it is going to start moving up in a few weeks(or sooner). When it moves---it goes fast!
If this move starts early, you will see a lot of buyer come in at a rapid rate. Right now a lot of investors are hoping MSFT stays at this price so that they can protect their portfolios by staying in cash. The momentum investors will jump on when they feel the stock is about to take off.

MSFT had the biggest blow out earnings of any tech company. That is the kind of thing that is going to make the next earnings run up incredible to watch. Remember that a stock will take place late
March. (200 by late march or early april---IMHO)
