sean sanders: Well, Donald and I use the Dow Industrials as our primary analysis index. However, he and I look at many other indices. The IND/DJI has lagged the NAZ a lot since the Oct 8th low. The SPX containing elements of both is skewed between. The guts of the Market have not been keeping up with either. Look at the Advance Decline lines, the Mac Osc & Summation and the stocks above their 200 day SMA. There is just a lot of signals out there to cause one to be cautious at this point.
