Read this post!! I have communicated with enough interested buyers tonight on SI to double today's volume. I would like to see a close above $2 tomorrow, with the real rewards coming on Friday or Monday.

Volume today for PCTR was highest single day volume..160,000...going back 3 years
(as far as my system goes). Accompanied by the price movement...up .23 to close at
1.01...this may be a classic breakout. Highest closing price in past year was 1.19 on
5/13/98...thus a close over 1.19 tomorrow will be new 52wh to confirm.

Spread moved after the close to 1.02/1.03 from .94/1.03 and about 10k was posted
after the close. Watch the spread tomorrow before the open and check the mm lineup
for indications of interest.

To all of you whom have posted positive on pctr - I want to believe in what your saying but...

As several of you have recommended, I went to the company's dual websites (as posted by E. M. Edds on Date: Feb 3, 1999) but I have found nothing to encourage me to investing. I wish I was convienced that pctr was worth my hard earned investment, however after reviewing the past 3 1/2 years of the company's chart I have really found nothing encouraging enough for me to invest my hard earned funds.

Somebody - Please, if you really know, post facts as to why you think pctr will continue to exceed its current all time nearly high's in value.

Some of you have said the DoD is using their software, but is this foundation enough? I always thought of the DoD to have been on a limited budget due to the DoD operating on "tax dollars".. Is there anything to keep pctr alive? Convience me - because I want to invest in something worthwhile.

Thanks for reading.
