I am just guessing, but I think that whomever is buying this crap knows and believes what I have been saying for months. These spinoffs will not trade until a regisistration statement is filed on each. This will require 3 years of audited financials on each. It will also require the approval of the SEC on each. I have been through this drill before and it will require a minimum of $100,000.00 per company. And that is if things go smoothly. So, where is HK going to come up with the 200k? He will not. He will renig on the deal, which is normal for him, cancel the deal, which is normal for him, and the two spinoffs will come back into the company and it will trade again, as usual, with all three entities back together. That is why whomever is buying is buying. This was planned a long time ago for certain reasons.
