Issm has been around for YEARS. A merger does not mean you have to start from scratch! Your the one making things up here! Show me were it says any company who isbeing used as a shell will have to wait for a longer time than anyone else. The point I am trying to make is that ISSm could meet the requierments right away.they don't have to wait a year! They only do that to companies with NO ASSETS! The companies have to prove there ability to be going concern. Stick to the FACTS! Not your own tainted ideas!
