Thanks, Tim... But I already did that. I'm really not one to get on a mission, but I honestly feel like I got mugged. I have to say there's a part of me - call it pride, I guess - that has been hurt enough by this experience to get out and tell it. Apparently it's not all that unique, and I understand most people probably don't have the time to give it much thought. At least I can say I didn't take it lying down... Who knows, maybe the NASD and SEC think cases like mine represent fair business practice. That, for me, would be an unpleasant surprise.
