El, the article is interesting (I read it a few years ago when it first came out), but the obvious question is this:

>> has to say about exactly what CPQ is doing.

What are you smoking???? CPQ doesn't trade on the NASDAQ and doesn't have market-makers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It trades on the New York Stock Exchange (that's where Maria reports from if you didn't know) and has a specialist...it is an auction system rather than a market-maker system....

The article applies to many stocks discussed here (a good clue is that if a stock symbol has 4 or 5 letters it is probably traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange and therefore DOES have market-makers), but NOT TO CPQ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

jajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajaja

Jimbo.

El,
I read the whole article again. It is right up there with this article. I'm sure you remember it.
