I was absolutely livid when I read their reply letter. I ordered their service at the start of October. They started billing my credit card immediately but took two months to send me the data CD I needed to start using the site. They sent me an apology letter when I complained but never refunded the money. In the data CD I received numerous stocks are missing not just several days but several consecutive months of recent data, which is completely unacceptable for a pay service. I hope the letters I have posted loses them a couple of customers. However it really doesn't matter since companies that act in this matter don't stay in business for long.
