Berkshire has been on a tear lately. Ever since that Paine Webber report came out valuing the company at $90,000 a share the stock has been going up 5% a day. Thanks again to Wayne Crimi for pointing out the buying opportunity in December. It is now about 30% off that bottom. And if you look at a twenty year chart, it is basically right on trendline (unlike so many other high profile stocks in today's market). Had gotten ahead of itself early last year, but the correction appears to have been sufficient.
