Larry, I didn't get the expected news from Hammersmith. Maybe today. In any event, the news of the financing made me pull the trigger and I'm in at $1.08. However, I wish we knew more about the terms of the financing, do you know anything specific? It could be that insiders will use the profits they've undoubtedly made recently to subscribe/loan funds. The striking price should be interesting. Given that the stock had be anywhere from $0.50 to $2+ in recent days, I wonder when and at what price the deal was struck?????? My bet, $0.75...and yours??
