Everyone, another Ecommerce vendor Open Market(omkt) inked a deal with Lycos yesterday sending their shares up $3.25. As I'm just still reading "Designing Systems for Internet Commerce" by a couple of Open Market employees founder G. Winfield Treese(Director of Security) and Lawrence C. Stewart(Chief Scientist) I'd be interested in any comments from any of the knowledgeable minds on the Oracle thread. Re: the importance of this deal and perhaps what it means in terms of the evolving Ecommerce commerce landscape and marketplace(and to OMKT too).

John

P.S. I apologize for cluttering the Oracle thread with somewhat non-related Oracle comments.

Does this do anything for the value of the U.S. stock price??

Anyone?
