Agreed on your assessment (using my base of $21.75) of a 50%+ gain. If you are interested in listening to the conference call replay ... I will post it when I get back into work (unfortunately, it is not a toll free call). Hasboro reports today. It will be interesting to here what they have to say. In terms of the recent momentum ... I think you have a couple of upgrades from the sell side (ahead of both the earnings report and Toy Fair), along with the Intel releases and a dash of internet. All of that seems like noise (though the INTC product should be sweet and the "direct-to-consumer" business is surely going to be more and more important for MAT). I really think that the TLC acquisition makes a bunch of sense ... which isn't to say that I do not think that it will cause some pretty nasty problems during the integration in the short-term ... hopefully we'll be able to add some more when it happens ... This is really a pretty good business ... a mid-to-high teens operating margin business (adding back the amortization) ... with seasoned and profitable products like Barbie ... a solid, new (albeit brought in from the outside) American Girl franchise ... a better organized Fisher Price ... a very solid Matchbox/HotWheels die-cast car business ... and all the software titles that you can layer upon these great brands ... then all of the TLC titles ... I will be a holder for some time ... --Duker
