Good point. Also, when the buying company is close to the size of the "buyee" company, it either chokes both of them or takes years to consummate. Witness 3COM and US Robotics, or Compaq and DEC (and Tandem). You wouldn't want it. Anyway, Wilf is far too smart for that.
