GOOD MORNING CRAIG,--and I must say that Bill Matthews is one of the nicest guys in the business. He will speak to you on a first name basis,so there is no need to say Mr. Matthews or Mr.whoever he is speaking with. I believe he has chosen to exercise a little more caution when it comes to Emerson,because it was one of his prime picks back in the late eighties and early nineties before it went bust. When he says buy at a lower price,he is probably taking into consideration {as I am} that the book value of this company is only 16 cents, the fact that there are over 48 million shares outstanding,the true outcome of their alliances,and of course, how the current court case will turn out.They may have lost Daewoo,since Samsung was supposed to trade their automotive division for Daewoos electronic division.I don't know where that is currently,but it is also something to think about. Other than a possible buy out, or the success of the upcoming web site there is nothing at the moment that should attract analysts to cover the company. These are some of the reasons why I wont buy any more at this time. I have all I want for now and if I buy more,it will be when the stock begins to move north. All in all,I do believe that something will be released to make this stock move forward.The game plan seems to be working, and I guess it is just a matter of time.
