Bob, the "classic" stockholder revolt that I have experienced has come from CVIA.

After a 300:1 RS, shareholders banded together, got a lawyer, and took over. Kicked out a (sleazy) reverse merger candidate and developed a great business plan. KAA, the ringleader, is now the CEO.

CVIA went from a BoD of one to a kick butt team focused on getting CVIA of the BB.

If you want to interview someone, interview Keith Anderson.

Bob...
I started this thread out of disgust over the apparent misrepresentation by the BoD of PKGP. They were publishing misleading press releases about how their stock was being shorted and that the shorters would be flushed out by a name change. During the weeks and days before the name change numerous positive press releases were published. One such press release claimed a dividend in the form of "free" warrants as a value added premium for the "faithful" investors.
On the night prior to the name change, the company produced a press release announcing a 60:1 rs! They had never even hinted of such an action. I was so angry that evening, that I set up this thread in hopes of starting a revolt against this sort of unfair action, but unfortunately, everyone was divided.
