I find nothing unusual, or of concern as it relates to ACTV being in the same building as TCI.

I view it as quite positive actually.

Does someone know the rent they are paying and how it relates to Market rent??

I think it is quite good that the two companies will be in the same buulding...just shows how close their relationship is now, and how close it is anticipated to be in the future.

Liberty, TCI, ATT and ACTV. Pretty good company to be with.

I can't imagine that the rent actv pays to TCI even shows up on their financial radar screen. That is unless it's in the range of several millions of dollars a year.
