I believe they are addressing that issue with the reformation of the Board.

drakes: Curious statement about ABT not having the management team in place to go forward. Did you mean a need for additional management, a new CEO only or a full scale purge of existing management in favor of another team? Also, in order to come to this conclusion, did you investigate each team member for past successful experience in the job they now hold at ABT? It seemed reasonable that to have such a poor opinion of present management, that you would have intimate knowledge of the participants. To date, the only employee of ABT that has publicly shoot himself (and a few of us longs too) in the foot, has been JT. John
