MMV: Unfortunately, it looks increasingly likely that we will get a blowoff. I'm amazed at the bullish sentiment and almost total disregard for risk. It's like a drug-induced mania that's far more insane than it was in '87. Perhaps the FOMC December minutes might give the bulls some pause, but we may have to wait for Mr. G's Humphrey-Hawkins testimony to see if he really buys into the WSJ editorial so widely discussed here yesterday. (My personal opinion is that he doesn't, and he's growing increasingly concerned about the wild bullishness the Fed has fueled on Wall Street.)
