Grüße Herr Blinker,

I am glad you recognize my willingness to give you my thoughts.... but remember, value for value.... you are being skimpy in your contributions... I am waiting to hear your side of things, so far you are just giving me small tokens...

Come now, Herr Blinker, you now, it is been a while since Los Conquistadores exchanged gold for fantasy jewelry(i.e. glass marbles).

So this time around, we expect more from the Europeans, even in Latin America, cyber space has assisted, the cause of the peasants of El Barrio, and now we need a far more even exchange.

So come and give me a deeper insight of your theories.

If every person in this world would want to collect his or her savings or current deposits from their financial institutions.

The economic lights in this world would go out within one week.

You really expect me to believe that everyone at once will run to the bank and withdraw their "savings" ?

And then what.... run for cover to gold ?

Gold does not have the sheen once had, it has become a mere commodity to speculate with. And a great symbol for those conspiracy theorist and other sundry apostles of catastrophe selling newsletters to their rabid cults. Are you one of those ? (I mean a seller of newsletters, not the buyer of same).

Talk to Henry Volquardsen about the subject, (gold), he is far more knowledgeable than I in these matters, I am sure he will give you a better explanation than I could.

As far as I am concerned Gold was the currency of the Barbarians, you know, the ones that believe in the fear of god; in their dyslexia, they began to fear gold as well, and to this day they think that gold is a deity and they enshrine it. Much like in the days of the Inquisition. (If you don't believe me, just take a peek to all those magnificent catedrales throughout Latino Land with gigantic altars built with gold leaves).

Times have changed.... since the last raid from the bearded Conquistadores.... we have even managed to grow some hair of our own in our chins, so now feathered serpents, (Quetzalcoatl), formerly thought as gods, are part of the past.

Some of the radicals, actually think they are going to teach some real civilization to ... oh my ! the Europeans themselves ! You should see the shores of Quintana Roo and Costa Rica, filled with your compatriots and your Swiss cousins running tropical hotels, (complete with dirt floors), with the distinct flavor of Garmisch-Partenkirschen, or Schaffhausen, in the middle of 30 degree (Celsius, of course), weather... or higher. Perhaps is "reversed conquering" what is really taking place... who knows !

I am all for it, as such exchanges of DNA, hopefully will bring the different people of our planet together, without the need for guided missiles, smart-bombs, or even the more radical, human bodies filled with dynamite... strangely, a favorite of the Hamas.... I only hope that their Republican faction in the US Congress never dreams of such option, to achieve their own ill-conceived "Morality Revolution".

Then again, thinking about Oklahoma City and some of the Abortion clinic bombings.... I may be too late for such "wishful thinking".

But before I continue, already a long post... I will give you an opportunity to show me my errors of thought. Remember... value for value.

Meanwhile I leave you with this thought:

"Discontent for money is just a trick of the rich to keep the poor without it."

Michael Corleone

Prost!, Herr Blinker.
