"Dr." Harvey: You are partially correct. There is nothing wrong with a company paying for PR. However there IS something wrong with a company and its paid agents trying to pretend that an advertisement, which is what DCHT has put out yet again, is an objective recommendation. I would not object if your spams said "DCHT just paid for another puff piece on itself. Here is the link..." Instead, you try to trick the unwary into thinking that the website you linked to genuinely recommends the company on its merits, which is not the case. It was paid to recommend the stock, and appears likely to sell its shares into any "surge" that comes from people you sucker into the stock.
