I agree that this "lag time" is quite frustrating. As I have said in the past, we will not see much in the way of spin off announcements until we see at least the unaudited numbers. I know this audit is in the works or not too far from starting so we should get some news soon. You may want to try and call them to see if there is anything in the works. I am not sure how much info they will give you, but it may be worth a try. Razzy
