Just got off the phone with Mr.Chris Edwards, PR department for SFLK.. Chris was kind enough to answer all my questions. SFLK was prepared to release an upward revision of the 1999 financial projections as planned yesterday morning but they were advised by their legal counsel that there were certain SEC restrictions on disclosure for non-reporting companies that they should abide by. At this time SFLK legal counsel is in discussion with the SEC to make sure that all information placed in the press release meets their requirements for disclosure. SFLK is eager to announce this information but when it will be available is hard to say at this point. I asked Chris if he felt it could take a week or more and he said he certainly doesn't expect that long. In my opinion prospects for this company look exceptionally bright and I remain a long term investor. I'd like to also point out that the company is aware of this message board and others and does recognize the concerns and interests of the people posting here.
