They've been a member of IRI for about a year now. They haven't complied with anything yet.

OK, but don't take IRI association as a green light to give a listed company your trust. Genesis Insurance and Financial Services (GIFS) was given one of IRI's top ratings a couple years ago. GIFS turned out a complete scam, stock was abruptly delisted, investors holding at that point lost everything, and GIFS CEO/Pres. is still an international fugitive from the FBI. No inferences to RMGG here. In general IRI participation should be a good thing. GIFS scammers were good enough to use IRI to their advantage, undoubtedly causing some to let their guard down.
