Moving up well today on good volume. A buy 75,000 just went thru at .31. I thing big money starting to come in. NPEC should pick up as well !

All: Last month we did an unofficial share census for MDIN and came up just over 81MM shares in the hands of shareholders. The transfer agent says there are only 52.3MM issued & outstanding which would give us a short position in the neighborhood of 30MM shares. We have a new group in the game from the East Coast. This group has taken a sizeable position in MDIN this past week as is evidenced by all the volume. They have called in all the shares which they've purchased. Although we just did this a few weeks ago, the group wants us to reconduct our share census. If the numbers turn out the same or better, this new group is prepared to do some very nice things for us (the shareholders of MDIN). There are fifteen people giving up their time to execute the census. I am handling the Silicon Investor crowd. If someone has already contacted you regarding this and you've given them your count, please do not give it to me. If you give your count to me and someone else contacts you for a share count please tell them that your total has already been included in the SI count. For anonymity purposes feel free to conglomerate your totals with a couple of other people you know. However, if you do that, please make sure the people you include in your total know not to give their share count to anyone else for inclusion. After totals are received I'll email everyone that responds the SI cumulative count. It's important that we get this as accurate as possible so no fudging. Also, only get totals from people that you know are long shareholders. If everything works out, not only will we have a tremendous run because of what we find in the ground, we'll blow the top off with a short squeeze. We'd like the following totals... 1. Total Shares Held (whether or not in certificate form) 2. Total Shares Registered (in certificate form) Please respond to me via an SI private message. I will respect the privacy of all messages I receive. I think you're all going to be surprised at just how far out of whack this short position is.
