government Y2K spending.... I'm looking for an emergency allocation for additional IT spending somewhere down the road.This would counter what many believe will be a downturn in private sector IT spending in the second half.Government agencies are to report Y2K progress by March 31 and it has already been acknowledged that most agencies will fail to comply by then.<jmho> gcn.com (click on federal 2000 link on cover stories)
