Maybe it will comfort you to know that in our family, it is my husband who has been the driving force behind our heavy consumption of soy milk and other soy products and organic foods.

A wise man eats what his woman sets before him.

Famous tombstone inscription:

He et what was set before him!

Mark,

In most of Europe the food is much healthier. She (your wife) should be concerned about American food, we are poisoning ourselves. Never have so many adults become lactose intolerant -- part of it may be the antibiotics in the meat and dairy products. I know Americans who are "lactose intolerant" who when in Great Britain, can eat all dairy products in England or Ireland with no problems at all. That tells you the additives here are having an adverse affect on the health of the general population.

Hi Mark
Remember milk is for babies not men :-) My younger son was very allergic to milk so we have been through the soy thing. The soy made him sick to his stomach so we finally found a solution in Almond milk. It is very good and nutritous. Cows milk is not very healthy and I have shared that with my mother for the years she forced me in a form of torture to drink the aweful stuff. I tried to convince her that it was not good for me but it was no use.
Honestly it sounds like you have a deep self destructive desire from the Cap'n Crunch addiction. I hope you have found your bottom and can accept your new life choice.<ggg>
I hope things are going good for you and your family
Nancy
