What is up with this news of TNNS owning movies? Did they buy them from GNNX? Why isn't GNNX doing this agreement? Did anyone notice that the announcement did not give the name of the person making the announcement?

As I recall, GNNX only owns 10% of TNNS, and we as shareholders of GNNX got only one share of TNNS for every 40 shares of GNNX, which means that we are diluted in terms of reaping the benefits of this deal. Does that sound fair? Who owns the other 90% of TNNS?

Also, did anyone notice that Don Logan registered to sell another 136,296 shares of GNNX yesterday? Does that account for the 115,000 share volume in the last 10 minutes yesterday?

It does appear the Logan is leaving management of GNNX (see posts on Raging Bull board). Sure would like to see current financial information!
