Michael,

Mutual funds have very little exposure to internet stocks. I imagine some of them are are looking for QUALITY internet stocks. With their solid portfolio {public and private} of quality tech stocks, I would think SFE might look interesting to them.

Another question; I thought Pac West was ready to become a rights offering at anytime. They just sold $150 mil of bonds. Do you think this means a rights offering will be further in the future?

Don't know if you noticed, Michael, that SFE and TBL were both mentioned Friday on the Motley Fool Evening News.

fnews.yahoo.com

The story is titled "Another Great Stock Will Always Be Available." Scroll down to the bottom. I thought you would find it interesting that someone else thinks of the two stocks in similar light.

SFE can resume the rights offerings any time now! Don't know what they are waiting for.
