Jim, according to Claire at HGRM, the protracted meeting might go on for a while. My guess is they are trying to address some of these issues, I don't know. She said to try again in another hour. If anyone gets through to Debi before I get a chance to call back, please be my guest. I think they might be shocked at the stock price. Big drop though on not that many shares. We've been there before. I'm just happy I've kept mine over a year, but I doubt the IRS is. Bob
