It may have to do with Santa Elena. The Albino is almost dead and they do their "engineering study". The ounces out of Santa Gregorio are major major better than was expected. This operator savvy may have removed some discredit from them in the investment community. They are doing well in production. Their Uruguay claims are good exploration too. I was told it could be buying back after tax loss selling in December. I don't think so.

Frias is getting sworn in. He will be a new broom. I doubt that he will be kind to corrupt gov't creations like CVG. This must make Dome nervous. He is a mover and not as afraid of the cocaine cartel that infiltrates the military and CVG as perhaps his predecessors were. He was in the military so he probably knows who he can trust. He will need the wisdom of Solomon to ge by them though. On the other hand he is a military socialist so perhaps he is green enough to stall industrial development in the rainforest.

Wait and see.
