The relative trend analysis (RTA) approach used here, and described in detail in the Visitors' Guide, is intended to identify companies whose share price is rising on a consistent basis.

Each week we apply this analysis to nearly 300 Canadian IT companies' share prices over time, and sort the results from high-to-low by 10Wk Trend.

We consider a stock to be an *All Star*, if the Trend value is in excess of +1% per week with a Consistency rating of 70% or higher. After the July-to-October "mini-bear market", our list continues to expand.

With this week's edition, the number of candidates that currently have *All Star* status has declined just a bit to 26 vs. 28 last week and 35 the week before. They cover a broad range, from penny stocks to blue-chip calibre issues..."
