I don't think that its one thing about a comany that decides its rating rather its the gradual forming of an opinion ( other than in the case of really materail announcements).

In the case of COMS it is a world class player and becoming a strong world class player. It has a great management team and its name is becoming a household name and a whole slew of other strong features including Siemens and of course finishing up with good results.

I think that we saw last Aug/Sep/Oct that it is not the individual US investor that sells/panics rather it is the institutions/fund managers that almost exclusively were selling. My guess is that this is another bout of it. Their livings depend on their not losing any money and so they have the stability of butterflies and any breeze just blows them away. Their opinions are for the most part not worth much but they are interresting background noise.

Where will we be a year/ two years/five years from now thats what counts.
