Did you really sign on to an online brokerage service and think their would never be any glitches? Did you not consider the risks before jumping in? Do you invest that way too?

The risks related to online services have always been there (and always will be) and were always obvious. You have to way the risks against the rewards.

I dialed the broker number at 10:10. Still on hold at 10:55. If E-Trade says brokers were available, consider the wait.
