i had't planned on buying yet. was just wonder how i would go about doing it. if the rates rise more, i might want to lock in the returns. a really dumb question now---if the feds cut the rates to 4.75, how much higher can the bond rates really go? obviously, i need a crash course on bonds---no pun intended.
