Internet Brokers

I use Scotia and Investorline. Investorline has really improved their service, but I find Scotia to be a bit faster. The only problem with Scotia is that you have to install their software first and have to obtain a Scotia card which can become a hassle if you don't bank at Scotia since the tellers have no idea what to do about this. It took me 10 calls and 1 week before I finally got someone to send me a Scotia card. This was about six months ago, hopefully things have improved by now.

Quick question. I open my Investorline account so that I can easily enter trades. The only problem is that by the time I actually go to enter my trades, so much time has passed that I'm automatically logged out!! Anyone know how to correct this problem??

Thanks in advance.
