Yes ,it seems especially wise when the entire country's already cash strapped and it's unnecessary to boot. And how mad can these people really be with QCOM if CDMA is already such a shining success for them.You gotta believe this is really about future royalties which they imagine are going to start piling up and that they, like others, are looking for bargaining chips...DMG
